Becoming a Mentor

The CAPS Professional Mentoring Program is an opportunity for business professionals to share knowledge, expertise, and experiences with amazing students who are interested in a similar career industry.

Our expectation to being a successful CAPS Professional Mentor is a minimum commitment of one school year (9 months), meeting at least once an academic quarter.  It is recommended that an initial face-to-face meeting is planned to start the mentoring process.  After that, further meetings, emails, and phone calls will be on an as needed basis at the discretion of the mentor and the mentee
